  I bought a mower from sears and it cannot start. It is in warranty so I called sears customer service. She gave me the address and told me it open until 9pm. Its website also shows it closes at 9pm. I went there at 7:05pm. The staff was very rude, said they was closed at 7pm and pushed me out of the door!
