  Honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolute worst place ever. Bed bug infestation, mice everywhere!! Walls paper thin. No parking if you get home after 6pm. Office staff is the worst for customer service. Especially the new office staff.
  My son's who are minors were told that they could not have maintenance open my apartment door because it was after office hours at 5pm (their office is open until 6). This was the first time in the 3 years that Ive lived that they forgot their keys. When I called and spoke to Bairout Sadah she told me that they don't have open the door for them. They were also told they could not sit in the office and wait for me to come home. It was freezing cold ito and raining. My son's were sick for a week.
  They drop exterminator notices on a Sunday for a Monday bed bug treatment. I had a 3 bedroom unit. No way everything can get packed and ready for a bed bug treatment in 24hrs. Stay away from this place.
  
  You'll move in with nothing, work hard for 3yrs to fully furnish. Just so when you move out, you can't take anything with you because of the bed bug infestation. Then when you tell them you're not resigning your lease and will be leaving they completely ignore you and any maintenance request.
  
  There is mold growing under the carpet in my son's room due to the AC drain pipe was clogged due to a dirty filter that only they have access to the utility closet. Maintenance claimed that they were in the unit the week prior to change the filter. The office promised it would be taken care of asap. That was 2yrs ago.
